Implant FAQ

The total length of the implant treatment normally takes 6-9 months from start to finish.

To determine whether a patient qualifies to have an implant placed, a CBCT scan (3D scan) is taken to measure bone depth to see if it
can hold an implant.

Smoking, severe gum disease and uncontrolled diabetes are reasons why implant treatment would not be suitable for certain
patients. This will ensure your treatment is working.

Dentures and bridges can be made to fill the gap during the healing period after the implant is placed.
